Harmine
Harmine is an alkaloid of the ?-carboline family that regulates PPAR? expression through inhibition of the Wnt signaling pathway. It also selectively binds to MAO-A and reversibly inhibits monoamine oxidase A (MAO-A) but not the variant MAO-B.
