Quality Bio This solution is used to denature fractionated DNA prior to transfer from electrophoresis gel to nitrocellulose or nylon membrane. Following DNA denaturation, the gel must be neutralized by soaking in DNA Neutralization Solution. Prepared using water deionized by Reverse Osmosis, 0.1µm sterile filtered.
