Components: Tryptone(18 g/L), Soy Peptone(5 g/L), Sodium Chloride(5 g/L), Potassium Phosphate Dibasic(2.5 g/L), Dextrose / Glucose(2.5 g/L), Agar(15 g/L) - Method: Prepared in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water and autoclaved at 15 psi (121°C) for 30 minutes on liquid cycle. - pH: 7.3 ± 0.2 - Storage: 2-8° C
