Components: Tryptone(12 g/L), Yeast Extract(24 g/L), Potassium Phosphate Dibasic(9.4 g/L), Potassium Phosphate Monobasic(2.2 g/L), Glycerol(0.4%), Agar(15 g/L), Water(rest) - Method: Prepared in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water and autoclaved at 15 psi (121°C) for 30 minutes on liquid cycle. - pH: 7.2 ± 0.2 - Storage: 2-8° C
